Urja Dental: dental clinic website developmentPatients book while the clinic sleeps.
Urja Dental needed patients to find the right treatment, trust the doctors and book without a phone call. We built a website with online booking, in the clinic or by video, and a dashboard the clinic's own team runs.

The challenge
What stood between patients and a booked appointment
A clinic with 67 treatments and a team of doctors had to be easy to find, easy to trust and easy to book, without adding work for the front desk. Four things stood in the way.
- 01 / 04
Booking meant a phone call
Patients wanted to book when it suited them, often outside clinic hours, and some wanted a video consultation instead of a visit.
- Booking had to work without calling the clinic
- In-clinic visits and video consultations
- Every booking had to reach the front desk at once
2ways to consult: in the clinic or by video
- 02 / 04
67 treatments to be found for
Patients search for a treatment, like dental implants or a root canal, not for a clinic's name. Each treatment needed a page that could rank on its own.
- A page for every treatment patients search for
- Titles, descriptions and FAQs set per page
- A way to book from every treatment page
67treatments, each searched for on its own
- 03 / 04
Patients had to trust before they booked
Choosing a dentist is a trust decision. Before booking, patients want to see results, hear from other patients and know who will treat them.
- Before-and-after results
- Reviews and patient video stories
- Doctor profiles and specialities
4kinds of proof: results, reviews, videos, doctors
- 04 / 04
The team had to run the site itself
Prices, doctors, offers and articles change often. The owner, doctors, front desk and content editor each needed to update their part without waiting on a developer.
- Separate sign-ins for each role
- Every page's content and SEO editable
- Today's appointments and enquiries first
4roles: owner, doctors, front desk, editor
The brief
What the clinic needed
Urja Dental is a dental clinic offering 67 treatments. It came to us with four goals.
Goal 1
Let patients book online
What we built: Patients choose a visit at the clinic or a video call, then book in five simple steps.
The five steps
- Visit or video
- Treatment
- Doctor
- Date & time
- Contact details
Goal 2
Be found on Google for every treatment
What we built: Each of the 67 treatments has its own page, written and set up to appear in search results.
Some of the pages
- Dental implants
- Root canal treatment
- Teeth whitening
- +64 more
Goal 3
Let the team run the website
What we built: Staff sign in and see only what their job needs, so nobody waits on a developer.
Who signs in
- Owner
- Doctors
- Front desk
- Content editor
Goal 4
Keep out spam
What we built: Every form asks for a short code and limits repeat sending, so fake messages don't reach the clinic.

An appointment booking system patients finish
urjadental.com/book-appointment
5steps from treatment to confirmed booking
Booking takes five short steps: how to consult, the treatment, the doctor, the date and time, then contact details. Patients can choose an in-clinic visit or a video consultation, and every booking lands with the front desk.
- In-clinic or video consultation
- Choice of doctor and time
- Callback requests for undecided patients
- Email notifications to the clinic

Treatment pages built to rank
urjadental.com/services
67treatment pages, each with its own SEO
Every treatment, from dental implants to kids' sealants, has its own page with its own title, description and FAQs. Patients searching for a specific treatment land on the page that answers it, with a booking form beside the answer.
- Per-page titles and descriptions
- Treatment categories and filters
- FAQs on every treatment page
- Booking form on every page

The proof patients look for before booking
urjadental.com/gallery
4kinds of proof: gallery, reviews, videos, doctors
Choosing a dentist is a trust decision. Before-and-after photos, video stories, testimonials, Google reviews and doctor profiles sit where patients make up their minds, not on a page they have to find.
- Before-and-after smile gallery
- Video stories from patients
- Google reviews on the site
- Doctor profiles and specialities

In the clinic's words
What the Urja Dental team says about running the clinic with its new website and dashboard.
“Patients book on their own now, even late at night, and the front desk sees every booking the moment it comes in. We change prices, doctors and offers ourselves, the same day.”
